Installation

Fitting, whichever way suits you

The units have to be fitted in the cab, and that means taking the lorry off the road. You can leave it to us or keep control yourself.

We fit them

We quote for fitting the whole fleet and organise it with you. You do not lift a finger.

Your own garage fits them

We train your workshop manager (or your trusted garage) by fitting the first unit with them. From then on they fit the rest whenever each lorry is already off the road for something else, at whatever price you agree between you. No extra day off the road and no waiting for our diary to line up with yours.

Frequently asked questions

Does remote download work with my tachograph?

It works on digital tachographs, including first and second generation smart tachographs. Vehicles with an analogue tachograph still have to be downloaded by hand: tell us what you run and we will tell you lorry by lorry what is covered and what is not.

Does it work abroad?

Yes. Coverage is not limited to one country: tracking and remote download work in every country your fleet drives through, so international work is controlled exactly like domestic work.

Who fits the units in the lorries?

Whichever way you prefer. Either we quote for it and fit them ourselves, or we train your workshop manager by fitting the first unit with them, and from then on they fit the rest while each lorry is already off the road.

I am coming from another GPS supplier, what happens to the units I already have?

There is a changeover cost for the equipment and it can be paid in two ways: spread inside the monthly fee, which then drops, or in a single payment up front in exchange for a lower fee from month one. It is decided with the numbers in front of you, whichever suits your cash flow.
