Posting declaration for drivers (IMI)
If your lorries cross an EU border, this declaration is mandatory.
The Mobility Package requires every posting of a driver to another Member State to be declared in the IMI portal. Failing to declare it is an offence checked at the roadside, and the driver cannot fix it from the cab: either it was filed before departure, or it was not.
- We file the declaration for you: you give us the route and the driver, we register it in the IMI portal.
- Validity and renewals tracked: we warn you before it expires, not after the fine.
- If you are stopped, we answer: defending the case is already part of EuroLaw.
